Do you love being asked to upgrade when you aren’t even using a service?

I got this email today…

I have an account with them (obviously)…

and that account has exactly ONE active “Scenario“

And here is the usage…

They are literally trying to charge me for doing nothing.

Just wait till the find this and try to tell me that I have the story wrong.

I know for a fact that I didn’t configure this scenario to run every 15 minutes.

I suspect it’s some default setting.

You know the kind that you might not notice.

The kind that causes you to run out of credits or tokens so you have to upgrade your account.

When were they going to measure my TTV (time-to-value)?

We don’t even use the form this was connected to any more.

I talk about customer journey’s a lot.

And this touchpoint is sus (suspect for those of you without kids) at best.

Nothing like making people wonder why they bothered with you in the first place.

I may have to disable this and not look back until I connect RIDL to it.

Because at the end of the day RIDL can do everything that this is doing and way more.
