The other day I was driving down the road

The truck I went by had…. some totally memorable stuff all over it.

A logo I can’t remember.

And three words that “describe” what they did..

Something (don’t recall). Tools. Services.

I remember thinking…

No clue what they do.

And we’ve been guilty of the same thing.

I think pretty much every company has been at some point in it’s evolution.

And then today I walked by this truck in the parking lot.

It’s better than the other one (I will find this truck again and a post photo. I swear it will be done)

Still…

“System Integration” doesn’t mean much.

Because guess what?

We do that.

We integrate systems.

We happen to integrate customer data systems.

So I could put “System Integration” on our website.

And you would still wonder what we actually did.

What do we do?

We use Agentic AI to integrate the customer data from all over your company so you have that customer data where you need it, when you need it, and how you need it.

Kinda wordy for a truck.

What do you do?

If you say something like “Services“, you are doing it wrong.

No one knows what that means.

And that means that they don’t care.
